Avantel Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Avantel Ltd at their meeting held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, has recommended a final dividend of Re.0.20/- per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year 2024-25 (i.e., 10% of the face value), subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, shall be paid to the Shareholders appearing in the register of members as on 12.06.2025.
