Axtel Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of Axtel Industries Ltd has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 12.00 (Rupee Twelve only) i.e., 120% per equity share of Rs. 10 for the financial year 2025-26, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2nd March, 2026.

Monday, 9th March, 2026 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend.
