Ashok Leyland Limited reported strong sales performance for February 2026, with domestic dispatches rising 28% to 20,314 units from 15,879 units in February 2025.
Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) led the surge, totaling 13,264 units (+31%), driven by trucks at 11,599 units (+39%) despite a slight dip in buses to 1,665 units (-4%). Light commercial vehicles (LCV) grew 22% to 7,050 units.
Including exports, total vehicle sales reached 22,157 units (+24%), with M&HCV at 14,755 units (+28%), trucks 11,907 units (+33%), buses 2,848 units (+11%), and LCV 7,402 units (+15%).
Year-to-date cumulative domestic sales stood at 1,78,612 units (+14%), and including exports at 1,95,056 units (+14%). M&HCV trucks YTD were 95,507 units (+14%), buses 29,633 units (+18%), and LCV 69,916 units (+13%).
