Royal Enfield Sales Rise 11% to 1,00,905 Units in February 2026

Eicher Motors Limited announced Royal Enfield motorcycle sales of 1,00,905 units for February 2026, reflecting an 11% year-on-year increase from 90,670 units in February 2025.

Models with engine capacity up to 350cc drove the growth, selling 89,844 units, up 16% from 77,775 units last year. In contrast, models exceeding 350cc saw 11,061 units, down 14% from 12,895 units. International business, included in the total, stood at 9,657 units, a slight 2% decline from 9,871 units.

Year-to-date from April 2025 to February 2026, total sales reached 11,26,325 units, up 24% from 9,08,879 units in the corresponding prior period. The 350cc and below segment led with 9,89,118 units (+27%), while higher capacity models grew to 1,37,207 units (+8%). International sales YTD rose 27% to 1,19,388 units from 94,172 units.

Speaking about the performance for February 2026, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director - Eicher Motors Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer - Royal Enfield, said, "February continues the positive momentum we have seen this financial year, reflecting sustained demand across markets and our growing global community. To prepare for current and future growth, we recently announced plans for a capacity addition that will be achieved over the next 18 months through a brownfield expansion at our Cheyyar manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu. This will take our annual production capacity up to 20 lakh units from the existing 14.6 lakh units. Rooted in our long-term goal to build readiness into our operations, this expansion aims to serve our community as the demand grows. We remain optimistic about the road ahead."

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8015.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8192.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20185 in over 3354 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8232.80 and intraday low of 7985.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 163466747.00.
