Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6.50

The Board of Directors of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd at its Meeting held on April 24, 2025 have recommended a final dividend of 325% (Rs. 6.50 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 and shall be paid through National Electronic Clearing System (NECS). The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders shall be paid on or after July 24, 2025.
