Primo Chemicals Limited has received listing and trading approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited ("NSE") for listing of 24,23,43,220 Equity shares of the Company on the Main Board of NSE vide letter no. NSE/LIST/198 dated 17th April, 2025.
The approval letter was received by the Company at 17:57 Hours vide NSE E-mail dated 17 April, 2025.
Accordingly, Equity Shares of the Company will be traded on NSE with effect from the trading hours of Tuesday 22nd April, 2025, and the designated symbol shall be PRIMO.
