UVS Investment Management Pty Ltd signs LOI with franchisee to open new restaurant in Australia

UVS Investment Management Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UVS Hospitality and Services Limited (Formerly known as Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd) has signed a letter of intent by a franchisee to open a new restaurant at Shop T12B, Caulfield Village, 10 Station St, Caulfield, North Vic 3161 on 16th April, 2025.

Accordingly the total number of restaurants in Australia are now 6 & India are 4 (including franchise restaurants).

The Franchisee Agreement is proposed to be entered between the parties in due course.

Shares of UVS Hospitality and Services Limited (Formerly known as Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd) was last trading in BSE at Rs. 111.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108.99. The total number of shares traded during the day was 656 in over 6 trades.
