Lemon Tree Hotels signs a new property in Jaipur

Lemon Tree Hotels announces its latest signing - Lemon Tree Hotel, Jaipur. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, and is expected to start operations in FY27.

Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, blends royal history with a dynamic modern energy. Known as the "Pink City," it captivates visitors with its iconic architectural masterpieces like the Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Amber Fort. Lemon Tree Hotel, Jaipur will feature 66 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and other public areas. Jaipur International Airport, the nearest airport, is approximately 500 mtr from the property. Jaipur Junction Railway Station is about 12 kms away from the property. The hotel is also well-connected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 140.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 286448 in over 3393 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 141.50 and intraday low of 134.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39725647.00.
