AGS Transact Technologies Limited's statement on recent media reports

AGS Transact Technologies Limited and its wholly-owned cash management subsidiary are actively working with our banking customers to support operations across our ATM network, at the earliest. We have migrated around 50% ATMs in our network to the banks and MSPs networks to ensure minimize disruption. The Company is committed to gradually resume operations across our network and will continue to consider migrating ATMs wherever necessary.

Shares of AGS Transact Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 14.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.78. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31551 in over 136 trades.
