Neuland Laboratories Limited transfers final part of property at Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Neuland Laboratories Limited has transferred final part of the Company's property situated at Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, admeasuring 1.75 lakh sq.ft. by way of perpetual lease to various parties, for a consideration of Rs. 23.45 crores.

The transfer of property by way of perpetual leases is for a total consideration of Rs. 94.50 crores, for such transfers.
