Jubilant Organosys Allots 205,344 Shares on Conversion of FCCBs

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2006, has allotted 205,344 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 162.646 per share has been made to Photon Mauritius Ltd & Copthall Mauritius Investment Ltd, on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) amounting to US $ 750,000.
