RITES ties up with NBCC for Consultancy works

RITES Ltd., a prime transport infrastructure consultancy, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Ltd., a CPSE under the Ministry of Housing Development, to explore and undertake a comprehensive range of consultancy, fee-based projects, and EPC contracts from concept to commissioning.

The partnership entails working synergy among the entities for various sectors and new-age projects in the sphere of urban energy, water management, urban transport & infrastructure, and township development.

RITES will offer Consultancy and Project Management services from conceptualization, planning, design, cost estimation to tender documentation, and other pre-construction activities, along with coordination for construction. While NBCC will offer its expertise for project implementation such as tendering, contract management, construction supervision, cost control, quality assurance, handing over / commissioning and defect liability period.

Shares of RITES Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 650.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 653.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48732 in over 2498 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 656.80 and intraday low of 647.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 31728619.00.
