Hindustan Zinc Ltd approves 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 19

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Zinc Limited ("the Company"), at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, August 20, 2024, has considered and approved the Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 19/- per equity share i.e. 950% on face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25 amounting to Rs. 8028.11 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Dividend shall be Wednesday, August 28, 2024, and the Interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Hindustan Zinc Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 512.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 495.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1589414 in over 33732 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 513.90 and intraday low of 495.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 801997875.00.
