Suraj Estate Developers Ltd enters into agreement for sale of 22410 square feet to CCIL

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") signed with The Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (""CCIL") on February 6, 2023, Suraj Estate has entered into a definitive agreement for sale today with CCIL.

The agreement pertains to the sale of an additional area comprising of 7th, 8th and 9th (part) floors to be constructed over existing building known as CCIL Bhavan, which is located off S. K. Bole Road, Dadar West, Mumbai - 400028.

The sale covers a carpet area of about 22,410 square feet valued at Rs. 89.78 crores (Rupees Eight Nine Crore Seven Eight Lakh) thereabouts.

Shares of Suraj Estate Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 597.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 576.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76294 in over 3757 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 629.00 and intraday low of 588.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46706663.00.
