Bajaj Electricals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Electricals Ltd has approved / recommended a dividend at the rate Rs. 3.00 per share (150%) of face value of Rs.2 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming 85th Annual General Meeting ("85th AGM"), will be credited/dispatched on or after Saturday, August 10, 2024.

The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, July 20, 2024, to Tuesday, August 6, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the forthcoming AGM and payment of dividend to be declared thereat.

Shares of Bajaj Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 952.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 921.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21956 in over 2955 trades.
