Sonata Software Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.40

The board of directors of Sonata Software Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 4.40/- per Equity share (440% on par value Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024 and the Final Dividend is payable subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date of ensuing AGM. The date on which the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held will be announced in due course.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 540.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 637.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 274673 in over 11164 trades.
