GHCL Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The board of directors of GHCL Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs. 12.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 120 % on the paid up equity capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. Dividend will be paid on or after July 8, 2024, if approved by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
