Prime Securities Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Prime Securities Limited has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each (20%) to the Members of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024.

The Dividend recommended by the Board of Directors is subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") or the Company. The date of AGM and Book Closure shall be announced in due course.
