Syngene International Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Syngene International Ltd at its meeting held today (i.e. Wednesday, April 24, 2024) have considered and recommended for the Financial year 2024 a final dividend of Re.1.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- The record date is fixed as Friday, June 28, 2024 for payment of dividend. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholders' approval.
