Insul Electronics Board to consider issue of 25,00,000 warrants on preferential basis

Insul Electronics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2006 to consider the following:

1. To issue 25,00,000/- convertible warrants / equity shares on preferential basis to promoters, directors and other members and / or investors.

2. To increase the authorized share capital of the Company.

3. To decide and call the extra ordinary general meeting of the Company.
