Reliance Velocity Ltd to avail ICDs of Rs. 425 crore

Reliance Velocity Limited (RVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure Limited, has entered into Agreements on March 28, 2024 with Rosa Power Supply Company Limited and Tato Hydro Power Private Limited (Lender Companies) for availing secured borrowings in one or more tranches in the form of inter corporate deposits aggregating to Rs. 425 crore.

The aforesaid borrowing transactions are related party transactions and have been done on arm's length basis. The Company is the promoter group company for the Lender Companies and they are the wholly owned subsidiaries of an associate of the Company.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 270.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 266.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 169467 in over 3072 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 274.55 and intraday low of 266.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 45931939.00.
