Globe Multi Ventures Ltd to consider acquisition of majority stake in CoOptions Corporation Pvt Ltd

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Globe Multi Ventures Ltd is scheduled on 30/03/2024, to consider and approve Take over of majority stake in Hyderabad based CoOptions Corporation Pvt Ltd. integrated multi dimensional Agriculture company and consequent preferential Issue of Shares to the holders of CCPL on swap share basis.

CoOptions Corporation Pvt Ltd, is a Hyderabad based integrated multi-dimensional agriculture and logistics company with broad network of Infrastructure, wide dealer-distributor network, potential for multiple growth etc., which will be a great alignment of business in which Globe Multi Ventures Ltd is into, and in pursuit of ensuring multiple and landscapes of growth of the company.

The board will consider proposal to convene and hold Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and fix the date and time of EGM, for approval of takeover of majority stake in CCPL and approval of Preferential Issue for issue of shares for consideration other than cash based on swap ratio decided by the board of directors at the proposed Board Meeting.

The board will also consider and approve the increase of Authorised share Capital of the company from Rs.10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crores only) to Rs.200,00,00,000 (Rupees Two hundred Crores only).
