SBI accepts OTS proposal from PC Jeweller Limited

State Bank of India ("SBI") vide its letter dated March 12, 2024 has conveyed acceptance of 'One Time Settlement' ("OTS") proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Limited, by the Appropriate Authority / Committee of SBI.

The Company had opted for OTS to settle the outstanding dues.

The terms of approved OTS includes cash and equity component, release of securities and mortgaged properties etc.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 58.26 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.64. The total number of shares traded during the day was 559824 in over 4600 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 63.19 and intraday low of 57.61. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33591468.00.
