Sellwin Traders Limited has entered into share purchase agreement, to make a strategic investment in Patel & Patel E-Commerce And Services Private Limited by acquiring / subscribing 66.67 % of the total paid-up share capital in the form of Equity Shares of the Company namely Patel & Patel E-Commerce And Services Private Limited on 6th March, 2024.

Patel & Patel E-Commerce And Services Private Limited is currently engaged in business of Software designing, development, customisation,implementation, maintenance, testing and benchmarking, designing, developing and dealing in computer software and solutions. The target company has only presence in India as on date. However, the target company is not into active business line and is currently looking for the prospective business propositions.

Shares of Sellwin Traders Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 14.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12429 in over 18 trades.
