Digiglobe Advertising Pvt Ltd allots bonus shares to Exhicon Events Media Ltd

Digiglobe Advertising Private Limited ("Digiglobe"), a Subsidiary of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited, has allotted 59,40,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each by Digiglobe Advertising Private Limited pursuant to the Bonus Issue.

Post allotment of aforesaid Bonus Shares, Exhicon Events Media Limited now holds 59,59,800 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each in aggregate and continues to hold 99% of Equity Share Capital of Digiglobe Advertising Private Limited.

Shares of Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 340.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 357.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38500 in over 72 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 354.00 and intraday low of 336.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13276125.00.
