Panchsheel Organics Ltd approves proposal to acquire factory premises for expansion

The Board of Directors of Panchsheel Organics Limited at its Meeting held today has approved the proposal to acquire a factory premises worth of Rs. 2.90 crores approx. for expansion purpose, the proposed premises is situated at Indore and it is adjacent to existing factory premises.

Shares of PANCHSHEEL ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 207.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 210.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17924 in over 235 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 215.45 and intraday low of 206.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3730352.00.
