Rushil Decor Limited to enter into JV agreement with Modala Panels and Boards

The Board of Directors of Rushil Decor Limited at its, meeting held on today i.e. 22nd day of February, 2024 has accorded its approval to incorporate a Subsidiary Company ("Proposed Company") by entering into a Joint Venture Agreement with Modala Panels and Boards through it's proprietor Mr. M.N. Rao.

The joint Venture is for the purpose of manufacturing Plywood and other allied products.

Shares of Rushil Decor Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 335.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 340.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10085 in over 622 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 343.70 and intraday low of 332.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3404502.00.
