KIC Metaliks Allots equity shares and warrants to promoters

KIC Metaliks Ltd has announced that on October 20, 2006 the Company has allotted 380000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 45/- and 909000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants of Rs 55/- each convertible into one Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to R K Kajaria, Karta of R K Kajaria & Sons (HUF) [Promoter] on Preferential Basis.
