Kreon Finnancial Services Ltd approves ICDs from Seder Housing Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Kreon Finnancial Services Limited at its Meeting held today, has considered and approved the Memorandum of Inter Corporate Deposits proposed to be entered into with M/s Seder Housing Private Limited for receiving an amount not exceeding Rs. 30 Crores, to be drawn by the Company as and when required.
