Gretex Corporate Services Ltd to invest in AIF

The Board of Directors of Gretex Corporate Services Limited in their Board Meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, December 5, 2023 which was commenced at 6.15 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company and also by Video Conferencing have considered and approved, the investment in Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under category II by incorporating a LLP in which Gretex Corporate Services Ltd will consent to become a Designated partner with Total investment of appox between 2.50 crs to 5.00 ers each in every transaction of Rs. 50 Crs. There will be total 2(Two) tranches of Rs. 50 Crs each.

The board approved investment in future in any Alternative Investment fund under category I/II/III through any entity or directly to the AIF fund approx. in between 1.00 cr to 10.00 crs.

The board also approved opening of a new Branch of the Company at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Shares of Gretex Corporate Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 208.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 208.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31590 in over 29 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 212.00 and intraday low of 204.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6521512.00.
