Metro Brands Ltd inks trademark license agreement with Foot Locker Retail

The Board of Directors of Metro Brands Limited at their Meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, 29th November, 2023, which commenced at 4.30 P.M. and concluded at 5.09 P.M. have approved and signed the Trademark License Agreement between Foot Locker Retail, Inc. ("Foot Locker Retail") and Metro Brands Limited ("Company") ("Trademark License Agreement") granting exclusive rights to the Company for opening and operating athletic and casual footwear & athletic and casual apparel stores under the brand names "FOOT LOCKER®" and "KIDS FOOT LOCKER®" through brickand-mortar stores in India.

Shares of Metro Brands Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1325.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1299.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4588 in over 442 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1343.60 and intraday low of 1309.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6090236.00.
