Super Spinning Mills Ltd inks agreement to sell immovable properties

Super Spinning Mills Limited has executed an Agreement for Sale of some of the immovable properties of the Company with M/s. Super Sara Textiles limited, following the approval by shareholders through Postal Ballot vide Notice dated 26th July, 2023 for entering into Material Related Party Transaction. An advance amount of Rs 4.00 Crores has been received for the same on osth October 2023.

Shares of Super Spinning Mills Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7.86 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.99. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17987 in over 94 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.00 and intraday low of 7.77. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 141142.00.
