LUX Industries Ltd has announced that the Income Tax Department conducted a search and seizure under section 132 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the premises of the Company and residences of Company's officials from Thursday, September 21, 2023 to Sunday, September 24, 2023.

The Company has provided all possible assistance to the officials and furnished all explanations, information, and clarifications as desired by Income Tax Department in this matter in a timely manner.

Shares of Lux Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1485.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1471.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17327 in over 2410 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1501.85 and intraday low of 1441.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25676353.00.
