B & A Limited to enter into MOU to acquire Moheema Tea Estate

The Board of Directors of B & A Limited in its meeting held on 18th September 2023, has decided to enter a MOU with Dhaneswari Wood Products Limited to acquire its Moheema Tea Estate.

Shares of B & A LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 300.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 302.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 286 in over 8 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 304.00 and intraday low of 300.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 86663.00.
