EFC Ltd acquires Sprint Workspace

EFC Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of EFC India Ltd) has bought 99.90% stake in M/s Sprint Workspace (a partnership Firm).

M/s Sprint Workspace is running managed offices at Pune and Mumbai.

Shares of EFC India LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 887.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 844.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1477 in over 62 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 887.10 and intraday low of 840.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1302890.00.
