LIC reduces stake in NMDC Ltd

Life Insurance Corporation of India's (LIC) shareholding in "NMDC LTD" has decreased from 34,25,97,574 to 28,19,33,850 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 11.690% to 9.620% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

The holding decreased from 11.690% to 9.620%, a decrease of 2.070% during the period from 14.03.2023 to 20.06.2023 at an average price of INR 107.59.

NMDC is engaged in exploration and production of Iron Ore along with Diamond, production and sale of Sponge Iron and generation and sale of Wind Power.
