Udaipur Cement Works Ltd fixes June 14, 2023 as record date for 4:5 rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of directors of Udaipur Cement Works Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, 8th June 2023, have considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue:

Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 24,91,21,853 fully paid-up Equity Shares for amount aggregating to Rs. 449,43,01,3S4.

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 18 per fully paid-up Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 14 per Equity Share)

Record date: Wednesday, 14th June, 2023

Rights Issue period:

Rights Issue Opening Date: Wednesday, 21st June 2023
Rights Issue Closing Date: Wednesday, 5th July 2023.

Outstanding Equity Shares:

Prior to the Rights Issue: 31,14,09,817 Equity Shares;

Post Rights Issue#: 56,05,37,670 Equity Shares

Rights entitlement ratio: 4 Equity Shares for every 5 fully paid-up Equity Shares held by the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, as on the Record Date.
