SAIL recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) have recommended the Final Dividend @ Rs.0.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23(5% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company). The Final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, declared in March, 2023. The said Final dividend for FY 2022-23 will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, date of which will be announced in due course.

Shares of Steel Authority of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 82.31 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.51. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2588712 in over 5803 trades.
