Josts Engineering Company Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Josts Engineering Company Ltd has recommended dividend for the financial year 2022-23 of Rs. 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (75%). Dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid within 30 days after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to the eligible shareholders.
