Shankara Building Products Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Shankara Building Products Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each (10%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The said dividend, if declared by the members of the Company, shall be credited/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
