Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held on May 8, 2023, has recommended final Dividend of Rs. 7/- per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up (i.e. 350%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 subject to approval by shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 537.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 532.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13926 in over 1217 trades.
