Apollo Tyres to place 8064500 shares through QIP at Rs.310

Apollo Tyres Ltd has announced that Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) of the Company issuing 8,064,500 Equity Shares of Rs 310 per Equity Share including a premium of Rs 300 per Equity Share aggregating upto Rs 2,500 Million to Qualified Institutional Buyers closed on October 18, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, the Issue price has been fixed at Rs 310 per Equity Share.
