Vedant Fashions Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 9 for FY 2022-23

The Board of Directors of Vedant Fashions Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the recommendation of a dividend of ? 9/- (Indian Rupees Nine only) per fully paid-up equity share of ? 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Vedant Fashions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1272.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1257.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3023 in over 914 trades.
