Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has recommended Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 at the rate of Rs. 3/- per Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1/- each, out of the profits. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
