Syngene International Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Syngene International Ltd at its meeting held today (i.e. Wednesday, April 26, 2023) have considered and recommended a final dividend of Re. 1.25/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (comprising a regular dividend of Re. 0.50 per share and a special additional dividend of Re. 0.75 per share to mark the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Company in November 1993) subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The record date is fixed as Friday, June 30, 2023 for payment of dividend. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholders' approval.

Shares of Syngene International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 623.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 625.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31894 in over 1454 trades.
