ICICI Bank Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of directors of ICICI Bank Ltd at its meeting held today have recommended a dividend of Rs. 8 /- (Rupees Eight only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each, subject to requisite approvals. The dividend on equity shares, will be paid/despatched on or after the same is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.

Shares of ICICI Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 884.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 894.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 142299 in over 5120 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 900.85 and intraday low of 881.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 126870398.00.
