ITC Infotech India Ltd forms subsidiary in Mexico

ITC Infotech India Limited ('I3L'), a wholly owned subsidiary ('WOS') of ITC Ltd, has announced that they have incorporated a WOS in Mexico under the name of 'ITC Infotech de México, S.A. de C.V.' ('ITC Mexico') on 17th April, 2023; the registration certificate evidencing incorporation of the said subsidiary has been received by I3L today.

Consequently, ITC Mexico has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 17th April, 2023.

Shares of ITC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 400.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 395.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 332151 in over 6644 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 401.95 and intraday low of 393.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 132607237.00.
