Saboo Sodium confirms conversion of warrants

Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2008, inter alia, has confirmed the conversion of preferential warrants into equity shares and other general issues to the current financial year.

After the detailed deliberations, the Board decided to convert 11,00,000 preferential warrants into equity shares of the Company i.e. 3,00,000 to promoters and 8,00,000 to non-promoters category.
