HDFC to sell stake in Next Gen Publishing Pvt Ltd

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited has today i.e. on March 29, 2023 entered into an agreement to sell 19,35,911 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Next Gen Publishing Private Limited (Next Gen), representing 16.13% the total paid-up equity share capital of Next Gen.

Next Gen was incorporated in India. The Company is in the business of publishing. The company currently publishes 5 B2C monthly magazines and 2 B2B monthly magazines.

The total consideration for the sale of 19,35,911 equity shares representing 16.13% of the issued and paid-up share is Rs. 1.70 crore.

Shares of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2602.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2580.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 53350 in over 4380 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2612.00 and intraday low of 2578.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 138134113.00.
