Bilcare allots 755000 Equity Shares on Conversion of Warrants - 'B'

Bilcare Ltd has announced that the Finance Committee of Directors under delegated authority on June 20, 2008 considered and allotted 7,55,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each on conversion of Warrant 'B', convertible into Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each issued at Rs 535 per share (including premium) to Mrs. Nutan Bhandari, who is a part of Promoter Group and wife of Mr. Mohan Bhandari, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.

Consequently, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 172,080,650/- divided into 17,208,065 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
